Housekeeping Rules
​
REPORTING TIME is 15 minutes before the start of training or match.
​
All players are STRICTLY required to wear their French Football Academy Singapore kit for all trainings and matches: Blue Jersey, White Shorts and Red Socks. No other sets of Jerseys, T-shirts, shorts or colored socks are allowed. Additional kits and gear can be purchased from our registration counter.
Absenteeism
Upon the absence of your child for trainings due to illness, injury, any overseas travel and/or school commitments, make-up sessions can be scheduled if supporting documents, e.g. Medical Certificate, Travel Documents, Letter from School, are provided in support of the absence. This is the same policy for both match days and training days.

The Academy will seek to replace all sessions within valid reasoning. As such, there will no longer be any pro-rated fees.
All unused sessions must be used by the end of each term. All unutilized session(s) will be forfeited.

Refund Policy
There is a strict no-refund policy for any missed training sessions or programmes (including camps). If your child misses training/camp due to injury/illness/or for any other justifiable reason, please contact us to reschedule a make-up session instead.
In the case of cancellations under circumstances that are not initiated by us, we do not offer refunds for packages that have already been paid for. This includes our camp programmes.
We will provide you with a choice of either re-scheduling your attendance for a later date and/or programme or by replacing it with a training package that is of the SAME VALUE as the cancellation.
Poor Weather Conditions
In the case of light rain, training resumes as per normal
In the case of heavy rain and/or lightning, as detected by the lightning alert system, trainings will be moved indoors. If the Indoor location is occupied, the Technical Director has the full right to postpone training.
Public Holidays
The French Football Academy will be following the local Singaporean calendar, as such, there will be no trainings on all Singapore-registered public holidays.
Change of Existing Class Schedule
Should you wish to change your child’s class schedule, please email info@fffacademysg.com ONE (1) WEEK in advance with the following details, subject to approval:
Original class schedule and the preferred class you wish to switch to.
Transfer of class will only commence once approved by the Academy.
Payment(s)
Term fees are to be paid before the start of the term
There will be NO REFUND for all fees paid under any circumstances.
FAILURE to pay the term fees within the first week of the term will risk in your child’s slot being forfeited.

French Football Academy Singapore seeks your utmost understanding/co-operation in the above-mentioned matters.
French Football Academy Singapore reserves the right to edit and amend its School Policy as and when it deems fit.
French Football Academy Singapore reserves the right to accept, reject or terminate any person from its programme.
Any circumstance beyond the control of a party, which delays, interrupts or prevents the event/activity, shall be deemed to be an event of “Force Majeure”. Such circumstances shall include but are not limited to breach of the peace, epidemic, flood, fire, explosion, rain, lightning, storm, sabotage, power failure not due to either party’s fault, act of God, strike, picketing, lock-out and act of government authority. Should the event have to be cancelled due to an event of Force Majeure, French Football Academy shall not be in default and members shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, damages or any other recourse against French Football Academy.

Academy Indemnification
Whilst reasonable precaution will be taken by the French Football Academy Singapore and/or its agent/s to ensure the safety of participants, all participants understand and agree that they take part in the Activity as their own risk.
I confirm and agree that French football Academy Singapore and/or its agent/s will not be held liable by me for any personal injury or death arising from participation in the Activity or for any loss of or damage to their property arising from their participation in the Activity, except for such injury or death that is caused directly by French football Academy Singapore or its agent/s’ gross negligence.
